What's the policy for order cancellation?

If your purchase was in-store, returns are subject to individual retailer restrictions. Please direct any questions regarding your in-store purchases to your Himiway retailer. 


Before Shipping
Please Submit a ticket, and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Shipped but Not Received
We allow you to cancel order. For all cancellation, shipping charges ($200 for bikes, $80 for C1 bikes, $50 for Wheels, motors, batteries, trailers and $15 for all other products) . We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
